For Atkins in Copenhagen, we are looking for an experienced Desk Side/Technology Support Analyst. In this role, you will provide both second line support for the Atkins business and supervise the local information service resources.

You will be the central point of contact for all the IT related incidents, service requests and will be responsible for resolving support requests as well as meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands.

It will be your responsibility to escalate and track issues with vendors and other internal support teams to troubleshoot problems with hardware and software. Level 1 is handled by Global Hub (our central service desk) and you will be handling level 2 (or 3).

To work at Atkins you need to be a fast learner and able to apply new technologies. A strong business focus and customer service skills as well as good communication skills are required.

You have a good understanding of the end-to-end process and working within service level agreements. It is important that you have confidence, are loyal, professional and a team player who always strives to deliver excellence.

Your skills

  • You need to have at least 3 years’ experience of IT Service Management principles and processes as well as proficiency and knowledge of working in a corporate IT environment.
  • Most likely, you have received this experience within a larger company.
  • Most importantly, you have a solid understanding of hardware and software assets management processes and a broad technical understanding of Information Services.
  • In addition, it will be essential that you have a valid driving license.

You might have one or more of these desirable qualifications:

  • Certification from Microsoft
  • ITIL V3 Qualification
  • Working knowledge of Service Now
  • SCCM
