Within SA OSS/BSS, BL Revenue Manager, NSI Sweden unit is looking for experienced employees that are interested in working with NSI deployment and support activities in our Revenue Manager (RM) solution. We are seeking people with a genuine interest in providing high quality technical support for our customers. You need to be service minded, able to travel and always keep the customers interest in mind.
Responsibilities & Tasks
As a NSI Solution Engineer and E2E SA you will be expected to:
As one in the team, be part of NSI RM presales or deployment team supporting in our Lead/Key customer projects on RM solution (Demo, RFx,analysis. installation, integration, and configuration) as well as Solution Service
At the end of deployment and IE, it could also require work within Tier2/troubleshooting
Support and contribute in FFI/FNI and DVA´s Project
Be able to educate our customers and our fellow colleagues within Ericsson on the technical aspects of the RM Solution and BSS Portfolio
Bring back customer feedback on our product portfolio to our internal stakeholders (Product Management, Sales and DU)
This work requires that you are able to travel around 50% of your time, is a team worker, are self-driven and service minded since the quality of our work has a direct impact on the customer satisfaction.
The main responsibility of this job is the Revenue Manager (RM) E2E SA Presales and/or IE deployment, service and system technical support for the above areas. The support and troubleshooting activities are mainly focused on solution level and inter-working between the different solution components.
RM Product and Consept demo execution internal and externaly
Bachelor degree in engineering/telecommunication or equivalent
High Customer and Business Understanding
Have a broad knowledge of the BSS Solutions and the inter-working between the different nodes/components
Preferably competence and experiences in Data Base (Oracle, Cassandra)
Previous customer project and deployments experience?s is an advantage
