Platform R&D is the department in Tobii that drives research and development of core eye tracking technology. Our competences are within system engineering, algorithms, digital design, optronics, embedded development and electrical and mechanical design. Be one of us!

The role and responsibilities

In this role, your tasks will be varying, including profiling, design and implementation of the eye tracking algorithms on the target platform.
You will be part of the firmware team which consists of developers with expert competence in C, C++, VHDL/Verilog, DSP and CPU architectures. We work largely with open source tools such as Linux, GIT and Eclipse.

The work is project based and agile. Your main tasks:

* Profile and implement eye tracking algorithms on target platforms.
* Work with RTOS and linux on target systems.
* Control of image sensors
* Optimize to meet memory and performance requirements

Apart from your passion for embedded systems we believe that you have very good C/C++ skills, are a team player and strives to improve yourself and the team
