As a Senior QA Engineer you will be working in the Quality Assurance team in Stockholm with testing and leading test activities. You will be involved in different projects and work with many different components. The testing will include developing automatic tests and manual testing.
AS A TEST LEAD YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR...
...has a genuine interest in testing and interacting with and people. You are a team player, outspoken, willing to share your knowledge and experience with others. We also see you having good analyzing/troubleshooting skills and a high degree of self-initiative. Have the ability to achieve results on an everyday basis and coach others is also important. A positive “can-do” attitude is a must.
Apart from the above, these are required skills and personality:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - able to communicate well internally - in a distributed organization
Have a minimum of three years’ Experience from working with complex systems in a Linux/UNIX environment with high demands on reliability and performance
Higher technical education
Experience in C++
Interest in the financial markets
Fluent in spoken and written English
Minimum 3 years working experience as a Test Engineer or as a developer preferably with the financial or gaming industry.
DESIRABLE BUT NOT REQUIRED SKILLS:
Experience from acting as a test lead preferably in an Context Driven Test Environment
Good knowledge of functional, automated testing and SBTM
Experience in working with Scrum or Equivalent Agile Development Methodology
Experience in financial systems
Experience in Java, SQL
