We are looking for self-driven ITSM professionals to join our Swedish team.

Consultants / System specialists, Service Management

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing IT Service Management solutions and a technical rather than process consultancy background. You will be responsible for delivering and configuring Efecte products based Service Management solutions for our Swedish customers.

Skills which make you to be successful in the role

Have basic understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL
At least 2-3 years of experience in working with some IT service management software like Easit, Nilex, Wendia, Marval, Cherwell, BMC Footprints, ServiceNow, or similar is an advantage
Technical skills for installing software on Linux and SQL are an advantage
Scripting skills (e.g. Python) are an advantage
Be native Swedish speaker, and have good skills in spoken and written English
