Looklet is a unique and digitally-forward company in the fashion industry. We improve the way retailers capture and market fashion by presenting a solution for the whole photo process - from the actual photo shoot to the point where an image is ready to publish. As Looklet is constantly growing, we are now looking for a competent, driven and service-oriented colleague to join our IT-support team and to help us continue to provide high-quality service and support for our clients and internally

You will get the opportunity to work with a broad range of responsibilities and to build bridges between departments as well as being the first point of contact for our clients.

Our core team is located in Södermalm, Stockholm, which you will be a part of. You will also work closely together with our offshore team member based in Paris and soon one in New York.

Your days will include

Monitor our Freshdesk ticketing system and assist clients and colleagues as 2nd-line support
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues - software, network, user assistance
Customize client settings in our backoffice
Compile bug reports and feature requests for development in Jira
Develop standard procedures and best practices for remote support system
Foster constant exchange with remote team members in Paris and NY
Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords (e.g., Google Works account globally)
Administer all software licenses and SaaS accounts globally

REQUIREMENTS

University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
Proven track record in remote support for complex technical products
Service-mindedness and commitment to making technology work reliably
Advanced knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, utilities and scripting
Curiosity to investigate bugs and find workarounds and solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
Self-starter, a proactive attitude and solution orientation (problems are challenges, not obstacles)
Multi-tasking skills, time management skills and ability to prioritize work
Ability to work independently and flexibility to take on-call duty (rotation)

Optional skills

Basic knowledge within Java and programing experience within Web
Experience from working with both PC and Mac
