Perido is now looking for, on behalf of our client, a person with the ability to balance creativity with structure, in order to perform tasks with speed and quality. The client seeks a person with technical and problem solving skills to join their team at their office in Stockholm.

The company operates within the real-time communication market, with services as VoIP, WebRTC, etc. and takes pride in creating simple and innovative solutions for their customers. As a Service Desk Technician you'll be the 1st line for all internal errands. You'll work on-site at the Stockholm office but also provide remote-support to employees at their San Francisco office. Examples of your daily task are to prioritize user requests and escalate critical issues to senior system staff and management, document errands via a ticketing system, prepare workplaces for new employees where you install computers and peripherals. Furthermore you'll troubleshoot PC/MAC-clients, end-user server problems and deploy new software and hardware. This is a great opportunity for you if you have experience from a service desk and want to take the next step towards becoming a specialist in the field.

As a person you have a positive mindset and a passion for new and emerging technologies, enjoys solving technical problems and helping others. Required qualifications

- Knowledge in Windows Server Administration and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in Windows 7, 8 and 10
- Technical background
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Meritorious

- Skills in Linux administration
- Skills in network troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge in Mac OS X
- Drivers license
