Battlelog is developed by ESN, an innovative studio within Electronic Arts, located in Uppsala just 40 minutes north of Stockholm. We pioneered the development of web centric gaming for traditional desktop based games and real-time web 10 years ago. Since then we have grown from a group of garage coders into a team of dedicated developers deploying a vast arsenal of tools to get the job done. Currently we muscle over 30 passionate engineers and designers situated in spacious offices.

The Challenge Ahead:

We are looking for an Agile Coach to join ESN in developing Battlelog and future companion experiences. You will be part of a high-performance team, developing next-gen companion apps for players of Battlefield and other EA titles. Your role will be to support the team of developers, set up workflows and engage team members.

- Coach teams to smash any obstacles in their way toward goals
- Coach individuals to reach their full potential
- Communicate status and risks to stakeholders
- Coordinate with external teams to achieve common goals
- Teach teams in using agile methodologies
- Drive initiatives to increase engagement and grow Culture

The Next Great Agile Coach Also Needs:

- Experience working with high-performance software teams
- Experience working with agile methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum
- Experience working in complex, rapid-moving projects
- Passion for communication and transparency within the organization
- Passion for making teams and individuals grow
- Passion for producing top quality end-user entertainment services
- Strong language skills - excellent spoken and written English
- Active gamer

Desired:

- Experience working with web apps and mobile app
- Experience working with games
