Academic Work is looking for a Test engineer to our client Teleopti. Our client is a leading provider of solutions for strategic Workforce Management (WFM) and Telecom Expense Management (TEM). The product consists of a number of advanced areas that handle complex problems, such as scheduling, optimizing and forecasting.

As a Test engineer you will be part of the R&D department at the Teleopti HQ in Stockholm City with additional R&D offices in Strängnäs and Shenzhen. This position will be placed in Stockholm, but if travelling appeals to you then there is an opportunity in the R&D department to visit the office in China during one to two weeks to create even better conditions and to share cultures and ideas. Your team will consist of 3-4 developers and you will be joining a company who has successfully used Kanban as a method. You will therefore work in an Agile environment and in order to succeed in your role as a tester you will work closely with both your team and the product owner. You will also work with the latest technologies.

Academic Work is responsible for the recruitment process but the candidate that proceed will be employed directly by Teleopti.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Your tasks are to plan, perform and report test work. You will make sure that all functionality is sufficiently tested and also provide quick feedback to the developers.

For example, you will:

* Work closely with the product owners to understand the customers’ needs and turn them into test scenarios
* Actively seek out opportunities to automate Teleopti’s quality assurance processes
* Keep up to date with the latest trends within testing and quality assurance
* Drive and take initiatives to always improve Teleopti’s products and processes.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM

We believe that you have 2-5 years of experience in:

* SQL server
* Windows platform
* Web technology
* Web automation

It will be considered an additional qualification if you have:

* University degree within computer science or similar
* Experience in .NET
* Knowledge in scripting languages, e.g. Python or Powershell
