Product Manager to Instabridge

Stockholm Headhunting has now been commissioned to find a Product Manager to Instabridge.

Instabridge is a Swedish start-up with a vision to change the world by delivering free internet to everyone. They are building a wifi sharing community that already have over 1,5 m users but they are growing rapidly. To accomplish their vision, Instabridge is looking for a product manager to help the company drive this vision and execution of their app. Instabridge have well over 150 000 active community members helping them to bring free internet to everyone and the company is backed by two of the biggest VC:s in the world, so they are ready for the next step. Today they are 16 coworkers and is located in central of Stockholm.

As a Product Manager for Instabridge you will be defining a product vision and strategy, prioritize product requirements and functionality. Ensuring regularly ship with usable and delightful features. You will also coordinate with designers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders and motivate a group toward a shared goal. Empathize with users and together with the team translate their needs to intuitive UX. Working closely with a dedicated and talented team of engineers and product designers to define and create a user experience that our customers love. Instabrigde main focus today is expanding in Brazil there for business trips to Brazil can occur.

The role also includes:

Leverage the company’s current analytics and rich user data. 
Coordinating with designers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders and motivate a group toward a shared goal.
Working with the team to define how users will interact with the app. 
Continuously research and analyzing vast data sets to inform decision-making

We are looking for someone with experience within mobile mass consumer applications and have a few years of experience as a product manager or product owner. It is an advantage if you previously have been a team leader or manager since you will have people reporting to you.
