Our client is looking for a Development Lead full time. The position is a direct recruitment to one of our largest customers, which means you will be employed directly by the customer! Working hours are business hours Monday-Friday. This is a position on full-time bases and will start as soon as we find a suitable candidate.
As a Development Lead you will work closely with the user community, the vendors and take active responsibility for realising the Integration solutions.
You will do this by leading development teams who have the task to do low level design, development and test of the integrations based on the High Level Design provided by the Inflow team. Your focus will be on leading, planning, follow-up, support of development and communicating status and progress to stakeholders. You will be the main contact with suppliers that provide resources.
As an Development Lead you will:
•Managing the development backlog that integrations are delivered according to priority and time
•Secure that work is being done according to defined working processes
•Coordinate the development between different teams
•Plan development so that there can be a continuous verification of deliverables.
•Managing development teams to optimize performance
•Support development teams to resolve obstacles and issues
•Secure right capacity, forecast and contracts
•Verify time reporting, invoices and budget
•Handle recruitment and on boarding
•Report status of development progress and highlight issues and risks
To be considered for the position of Development lead you have a experience of at least five years develops background and three years of leadership background. To be suitable for the position: •Very driven, result oriented and delivery focused. •Strong analytical skills - being able to structure information and derive conclusions and concrete consequences out of them. •Excellent leadership skills. •Experience in leading development teams according to processes and methods for developing, integrating, building and testing of IT systems •Experience in agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. •Good knowledge of general IT concepts e.g. standards, infrastructure, platforms, frameworks and development methods. •Excellent knowledge in software development from design, development to system test. •Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
