Job Description:

We're looking for a Senior (4-7 year's work experience in the role) Test Manager!

Today the company has a scattered landscape when it comes to in-store card payment. Electronic fund transfer (EFT) is the solution that should enable us to recive electronic payments. The new EFT standard project will provide us with a new standardised EFT solution covering people, processes and technology. The scope of the project is to implement the New EFT Solution that should support coworkers from e.g. cash-line, exchange & returns, FOOD and our customers with a up-to date and secure electronic card payment solution that fulfill customer need when it comes to payment methods, such as wallets and contactless payments

The scope of the consultant services is to assist the company in As Test Manager you make sure that the IT services are delivered with high quality and that acceptance criteria are fulfilled. You understand the big picture and are able to perform deep investigations of details.

The main tasks in the assignment will be/a day at work will look like:
- Secure that the acceptance criteria are fulfilled
- Secure that the supplier test results are compliant with given frameworks i.e. review of test plans and test reports
- Deliver test progress reports to stakeholders according to our test process, timeline deviations and test plan deviations
- Responsible for creating of test artefacts needed e.g. test plan
- Responsible for coordinating test slots in test environments for different test types according to Service Test Agreement.
- Within the role Test Specialist:
- Responsible for executing Test Scenarios.
- Responsible for creating test artefact: Test Scenario Descriptions

- Solid knowledge of leading and steering test, verification and validation activities
- Experience of Point of Sale and Card payment solutions
- Experience of securing excellent result by using KPI's
- Good knowledge of Service Validation and Testing Process
- Good knowledge of Risk Based Testing
- Good knowledge of Test Analysis
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Good social skills and experience of teamwork
- You are fluent in both spoken and written English. And you have the desire to work in a simple, effective and understandable way based on our values
- Based in Malmö with the possibility to travel
