Opportunity for a Sr IT Analyst/SCRUM MASTER

One of our customer is looking for a Senior IT Analyst/SCRUM Master. Please go through the JD and let us know if it fits in your expertise and experience.

Job description:
The project is a track within a Global Programme where the Nordics and Baltics are currently in scope.
The project will source, transform, warehouse, harmonize and merge data from multiple sources in multiple countries in order to deliver harmonized multi-country customer reporting, primarily in ISO20022 XML format. Development will be agile/scrum using Java Enterprise/Java 8 SE and most likely on a big-data platform (Cloudera / Hadoop).

The project has been running for 1 year doing analysis and specifications so the development team will have a firm foundation and get a running start. The first customer release is slated for Q1/2017.

The development has not started yet. The development team will be established in September.

ROLE
* On-site Scrum Master for a project. Location Stockholm.
* The development team will consist of 2-4 Java developers, 1 architect, 1 analyst, 1 tester. There will be a dozen sub-deliveries from other departments.
* The Scrum Master must be comfortable with working cross-border using Lync/Skype/Outlook and have excellent cooperation and communication skills both verbally and written.
* The Scrum Master role is to facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Retrospective), participate in backlog grooming and to help the Scrum team to remove impediments from their daily work. The Scrum Master will have close cooperation with the Product Owner, Responsible Business Partner and Project Manager in the project. Supporting the team dynamics is an important part of the job.

* It is expected that the Scrum Master also manages daily technical dialogue with multiple other teams that have sub-deliveries to the project.
*Preferred background is an experienced Scrum Master/PM with a background in Java development projects on big-data platforms, alternatively a senior Java developer with experience from the Scrum Master role.

* Fluent in English, preferably fluent in a Nordic language.
* Knowledge of test autmation and agile tools like the Atlassian suite (Jira, Bamboo, FishEye, Contines Build, Continous Deployment) highly beneficial (and preferred) .
