Take the chance to work in a fast moving environment where you as System Architect within the area Interior will be an important part of H&M's expansion worldwide. Interior support our business with tools required to manage the store expansion and to create the most commercial stores in a cost efficient way and at the pace that the expansion goals require. This includes CAD, PLM, order and project management solutions.

To secure our future IT-delivery within Interior we are planning to make significant changes within a part of the system landscape, and build a new system based on modern technologies such as Angular 2 and Bootstrap 4. As our System Architect you will play a big part of this change and be main responsible for lifting the system to a new technical level. This will be a great challenge and therefore we are looking for you who have long experience as a System Architect, and are both an expert as well as a confident but prestigeless leader.

As a System Architect you will take responsibility for the technical solutions and help out the team wherever you are needed. You will be a part of a large onsite and offshore team that consist of competent developers, testers, requirement specialists, project managers etc. You will cooperate and build relationships with people within the IT-department as well as the business. Therefore it is important that you are a good communicator.

Your responsibilities

The job of an H&M System Architect comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun.

Your to do-list includes:

- Design solutions that meet the business requirements
- Make a long term technical maintenance plan and be responsible the implementation
- Lead the development team and support the developers in how to implement new features
- Have a system overview vision and see the bigger picture
- Define and evaluate different solution concepts from an architectural point of view
- Understand, interpret and use H&M architectural and development guidelines
- Support testers and developers with test and development environment issues
- Supports the operation during deployment

Your skills

Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.

And your skills include:

- At least 5 years of experience from System Architecture
- Strong knowledge in .NET (C#), SQL Server and integrations i.e. MSMQ and experience from several implementations
- Experience with agile and iterative ways of working
- Experience from leading and inspire developers and technicians
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an extra plus if you have experience from working with continuous delivery and Azure.
