Senior JavaScript developer

As a Senior JavaScript developer you will be a part of Tobii pro´s newest success, building cross border cloud services in Tobii.

You will be a full time member of an agile team whose responsibility are migrating Pro's services to the cloud and to improve the usability and user experience for our customers.

This means creating a whole new platform which opens up for new applications and services within eye tracking.

You will work closely with UX- and Visual design professionals to implement for front-end as well as back-end but with a focus on the front-end.

The role and responsibilities

The team work predominantly in Type- and JavaScript in a start-up like atmosphere with high autonomy and responsibility.

Your days will be filled with
-Lead front-end architecture and implementation
-Build and maintain Angular2 applications
-Development in Type- and JavaScript
-Quality Assurance
-Quick iterations and POC's to enable decisions on new feature and service designs

We believe that you recognize yourself in

You are experienced and an expert in architecting, building and releasing web based software with JavaScript backend (Node.js) as well as frontend (Angular2). You also have

-5+ years work experience with Software Development, and 3+ years with Web based software
-Senior development skills in Typescript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
-Worked with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
-Selenium / Protractor knowledge
-Great English skills
-WebRTC and Video Streaming Technologies experience
-Git
-WebGL

We find it to be a strong merit if you have experience from Ad-Tech, Market Research or Science industries. You also need to feel confident in building and maintaining applications in a multi-team setup sharing the code base and releasing frequently.
