The Tobii Pro R&D organization in Stockholm delivers products ranging from hardware through SDKs to desktop software and cloud services. There are today 4 software teams in the Tobii SW R&D with different maturity levels when it comes to Scrum and Kanban. This is where you come in.

The role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for coaching the software teams into even more agileness. You will be our long term strategic thinker in terms of process improvements as well as a tactical problem solver to help teams improve in the shorter term. Your days will be filled with

-Coaching, guiding and driving the continuous Agile process improvements
-Coaching the teams and ensuring that everything runs efficiently in sustainable pace
-Coaching teams in both Kanban and Scrum methodologies

We are looking for someone who

This is a senior position and several years experience coaching multiple teams is required. You also haveGreat English skills. You have

-5+ years experience from software industry
-3+ years experience in agile coaching (Kanban & Scrum methodologies)
-Acted as Scrum Master for several teams in parallel
-Work experience from product organizations and from complete product life cycles

We find it to be a strong merit if you, on top of your software based coaching skills, also is experienced in coaching teams within hardware. A background in engineering is considered a merit.

To be successful in this role and at Tobii you need to have excellent communication and coaching skills on a personal as well as on team and departmental level. We believe you are passionate about agile ways of working with a willingness to share this with others. You need to be trustworthy and relation oriented, lift your team mates and identify the different maturity levels in terms of Agile in the teams.
