IT Architect - Network and Security Senior Engineer

General: As a member of the Global IT Support (GIT), your focus is to provide highest level of Security and Network support for IBS. The post holder is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Datacenter Infrastructure and general maintenance of all Network/Security related Hardware/Software. The position provides exposure to a broad range of IT-relates projects and activities. A primary point of contact for Network related queries, you are responsible for resolving all the network and security related issues and providing advice and assistance to internal IBS employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues. Ability to work independently while accepting general guidance from other team members, team leads and management. Responsibilities: A successful candidate will be an expert in network and security domain, possessing 10 years of proven experience. Provide network technical expertise to network security support and engineering resources When necessary, provide guidance around network issues and suggest workarounds and solutions. Provide guidance to support engineers by assessing staff inputs and creatively suggesting workarounds or alternative methods. As leader for IT, will determine strategy, initiate and motivate all technology investments, determine the budget and manage execution of agreed upon plans. Leads the design and implementation of new technology as determined by business requirements. Support the IT Manager/Lead in ensuring a professional, proactive IT and telecommunications service, that achieves its business objective in the most cost-effective Way Responsible for detailed documentation of solutions Able to analyze and communicate strengths and weaknesses of network technology solutions, relative to network security, performance and cost Must have project management skills and proven ability to drive projects to completion Able to work effectively in a highly complex and dynamic environment Ensure that deliverables are produced within the planned budget and timeframe Conduct routine hardware and software audits of all supported systems to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, procedures, and requirements Maintain relationship with vendors, consultants and ensure that network security standards and deliverables are met Report progress to supervisor and project managers, including the preparation of weekly status reports

Kvalifikationer:
Knowledge requirements: Expert in Checkpoint Firewall implementation and Administration Expert in Cisco ASA firewalls, Ciso IPS, Cisco ACS, and PKI Extensive knowledge in IKE v1/V2, IPSEC S2S VPN, remote access VPN (IPSEC, SSL client and clientless VPN) Expert in Cisco Wireless Technology Experience in IOS VRF, EIGRP, OSPF and BGP routing protocols Experience in IOS High Availability Features such as VPC, double sided VPC, and HSRP. Experience in IOS L2,VLANs and PVLANs, Spanning-Tree Protocols and Port-Channels Hands on experience in NXOS/IOS QOS Experience with the design, provisioning and troubleshooting of WAN and LAN connectivity technologies Experience in Vulnerability, assessment and remediation Experience in Wireshark log analysis Experience in F5 Load Balancer Experience in various Network monitoring tools Knowledge in traffic shapers.

Certification:
Industry certifications - CCNP/CCIE Security/Routing or Equivalent experience, Checkpoint CCSP/CCSE Important personal skills: To be well organized, methodical, and self-motivated in terms of updating Incident notes/status, and accurate time recording Demonstrate effective time management Strong verbal and written communications Ability to analyze complex situations & quickly develop appropriate solutions Effective communicator.
