Senior UX Design Lead

In your role as a Senior UX Lead you will work tightly with our Spanish teams in Barcelona as well as the teams here in Stockholm. On a daily basis you will create and refine UX concepts, set design direction, lead creative workshops be a link between developers and designers. But also make sure all the details are in place so we deliver a high end polished product.

You will do research, create wireframes, prototypes, initiate user testing (hallway & organized) and establish insights from the UX design process.
Requirements:
Develop, manage and improve interaction design process across web and mobile devices.
Lead and conduct requirements gathering, analysis, competitive research, and usability testing.
Create wireframes, storyboards and other visual communications to quickly and effectively design, iterate and build consensus on platform changes before going into production.
Design for optimal multi-platform, mobile and web, target user experience and funnel optimization.
Translate wireframes into production ready Photoshop/Sketch files.
Create, communicate and deliver a strong and consistent visual style.
Work with chief product owner and data scientist to analyze data, do A/B testing and optimize user flow and KPIs
