Role description
At Unibet we build distributed systems that handle millions of transactions each day. Our development teams delivers new features on a daily basis, doing thousands of releases every year.
As an Agile Lead at the Unibet Stockholm office you'll be working with a team of developers and testers from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about what they do. You'll be responsible for driving the team's deliveries as well as improving the team's agile processes, working closely with the Product Owners and other teams.
We think that you have a strong technical background, most likely as a Java Developer, and that you are experienced in Agile and Lean development. If the need arises, you have no problem rolling your sleeves up and diving into the code. You enjoy responsibility and care as much about developing teams as about developing software. In your role communication, coordination and team spirit are key components in getting things done.
