FIRMWARE PLATFORM - providing the base for our product development and software solutions
We are growing rapidly and are looking for several new co-workers to join our Firmware Platform team! Firmware Platform is a department under R&D that is responsible for the common Linux based firmware platform for the majority of our products and software solutions. We work in specialized teams, aiming at the middle layer (User Space Linux), working with code ownership in a similar fashion to Open Source projects .

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Software Engineer in our teams, you will be adding functionality and make architectural changes to the software platform. You will be involved in all phases of development - from innovation/first ideas, all the way through design and implementation until the final release to the market.

As Axis value high quality and long-term commitment, you will have the privilege to work with good designs and offered the freedom to do proper/quality implementations allowing sustainable solutions.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We believe the right candidate has knowledge and experience in C programming and Linux environment. It is also an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have experience as Linux system administrator, Gnu tools, Python and Git. You have good skills in English, both written and verbal.
