Getinge Group is in an exciting and intensive period of change and we are looking for a communicative and analytical Master Data Analyst to our manufacturing site in Getinge, where we develop and produce autoclaves that are used for infection control in hospitals, pharmaceutical industries and laboratories.You will be a key player as we are building a Process and Data Management organization.The position gives you the opportunity to work in a large international organization and to be part of a successful group with a strong team spirit. You will interface with a wide variety of internal stakeholders, national as well as international. This is an interesting journey if you want to take part in building up the function and driving and developing our Master Data Systems to the next level.

The position

The purpose of the role is to support Master Data transformation activity to ensure data is clean, aligned and formatted in a timely manner to support our SAP ERP roll-in program. In this position you will collaborate with the IT function, ensuring that mutual needs are satisfied. Further, you will provide support to other IT related projects needing MDM expertise.

Among your main responsibilities and tasks will be:

•Transform legacy ERP-system data into SAP format
•Support ongoing Data analytical, reporting and transformation needs
•Develop and maintain the tools used by the MDM team
•Provide support for Master Data related issues
•Support ongoing projects such as acquisitions and factory transfers

The position is based at our manufacturing site in Getinge outside Halmstad and you will report to Manager Data Systems, Emma Fredriksson. Since the role involves international contact and interfaces, some international travel will be required and is estimated to approximately once every second month (mostly in Europe but also US).

The ideal candidate

As ideal for the position you have a couple of years of experience handling Master Data in large organizations, supporting manufacturing or distribution operations. We believe you have an academic degree (within Engineering, IT, Business, Finance or similar). Experience in ERP systems, data management and Databases is preferred. You have strong proficiency in MS Office packages especially Excel. Some experience using SQL and SSIS is also a merit. Further, you are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge in German is beneficial in this role.

As a person you are a result-oriented and structured team-player who drives results and works independently. You have an analytical and solution-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills. Being able to communicate efficiently with different stakeholders, on all levels and from different cultures, in a professional and diplomatic manner, is important in order to succeed in the role. An ability to work in a changing environment is also a key factor for this position.
