ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Atlas Copco have recently taken the decision to add SAP Cloud for Sales and are now looking for a CRM Project Manager who will have the overarching implementation responsibility. This is a new role where you will be in charge of the project scope, timeline, setting milestones and follow up. You will also lead the project group of both internal and external colleagues, which consists of the software supplier and Atlas Copco's departments for IT and Business Services.

As you will implement a new software, you need to get everyone on-board and will therefore travel to Atlas Copco’s local offices to hold launch events and provide training and support. To realise this project you will work in close collaboration with Sales Support, the SAP, ACT! programme, the business area, divisions and Customer Centres.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
You hold a university degree, preferably with business and information technology focus or have acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience. Naturally for this role, you need to have solid understanding of CRM terminology and system functions. It is an advantage if you also have a project certificate, such as PMI or similar.

For this role we are looking for someone who are familiar with Atlas Copco’s business area Industrial Technique and an understanding the processes (The Way We Do Things). Preferably, you also have experience from leading large complex projects that, especially, includes working with other countries and regions of the world.

Entering this new role, you need to be a true problem solver who knows how to read and handle different situations in order to set up and run a great service. As the result driven person you are, you will consistently come up with new solutions for any problem that arise. With your strong people skills, you will effectively communicate these ideas throughout the organization and facilitate a service adapted for several departments with various tasks. To succeed, you therefore need to be organized as well as have a structured work approach and the ability to take decisions and move things forward independently.
