Academic Work is on behalf of our client CSG looking for a Senior Support analyst to their Stockholm based CSG Assure Team. CSG Assure, is a market leading software platform used by service providers worldwide to secure the Voice, SMS, Data service quality in the international telecom network. CSG Assure is used by over 130 telecom providers worldwide, including leading companies like AT&T, Belgacom, Tata. A key part of the system is a global network of proprietary test probes (PC and smart phone based). The network consists of over 500 probes in 150 countries, each simulating a user with a mobile phone. The CSG Assure team is growing and they are therefore looking to strengthen the team with a talented person to work as a senior support analyst and be in charge of their international test network.

This recruitment process is conducted by Academic Work and the request from CSG is that all questions regarding the position is handled by Academic Work.

Academic Work is responsible for the recruitment process but the candidate that proceed will be employed directly by CSG.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As Senior Support Analyst you will assume the overall responsibility for the CSG Assure Global Test Network. You will be leading 2-4 test network administrators ensuring high performance in the network while driving continuous improvements and resolving issues.

For example, you will:

* Be responsible for the Assure test network of 500 mobile probes in 150 countries
* Perform continuous analysis of the test network performance
* Lead the work of the test network administrators
* Drive performance improvement activities and assist in complex troubleshooting

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
We are looking for you who:

* Have a relevant completed postgraduate degree
* Have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
* Have experience of technical support for Business Support Systems (BSS)
* Have excellent English communication and presentation skills
* Have experience in SQL analytics & reporting and understanding of mobile network technologies is meriting

It will be considered an additional qualification if you are experienced in leading a team.
