Let’s meet in Istanbul! A team from Benify is travelling to Istanbul in December to meet the top candidates interested in a career in Sweden. Could that be you? We recruite from all over the world but we are currently making a special effort to attract developers from the Middle East that are interested in a career in Sweden. We think you are either based in the Middle East, on your way to Sweden or have recently arrived in Sweden. If you have the right technical skills, we will help you solve the practical challenges such as visa and travelling complications.

About the recruitment and Swedish laws

First step in this process will be interviews over Skype, and later on we want to meet you in person! In December we will arrange a recruitment event in Istanbul where you will meet parts of our world class team, and make sure that you want to be one of us!

Swedish law allows employer to offer jobs before having a residence permit in Sweden, and Benify will arrange the paperwork regarding your work permit. We will also make sure you have somewhere to stay when you arrive to Gothenburg. No worries, if you are the right person we will make it work!

Swedish law also allows grants work and study permits to family members of work permit holders that stay for more than six months. If you are currently involved in an asylum process in Sweden or otherwise it is not barrier. If Benify offers you a position in Sweden we will solve this issue.
