Product Specialist

Software Skills is looking for a Product Specialist on behalf of a client to work as part of their Product team, in close collaboration with the Design and Development teams. As a Product Specialist, you will have the opportunity to shape a product that is changing the lives of millions of users in emerging markets. Your role will involve communicating with stakeholders throughout the company to gather requirements and conduct research, converting ideas and visions into clear mockups, and determining how best to improve the products under technically challenging circumstances. You will be expected to become an expert in the products, and will have the opportunity to transition into a Product Owner role. This position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Required
- A high level of self-motivation and attention to detail
- A drive to take ownership of a product and become an expert in your product area.
- Ability to develop ideas into user stories, high-level requirements and interaction flows
- Experience creating clear conceptual sketches, wireframes and prototypes
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks
- Ability to work within a collaborative environment (excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills)
- Fluent English skills, written and spoken.

Meriting
- Experience managing projects as a software product owner
- Experience in user research and A/B testing
- Experience working with metrics measurement (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Experience or good working knowledge of mobile and Android applications
- Experience creating products for a developing market
