Polystar is looking for a Technical Product Owner - Stockholm
Polystar is looking for a technical product owner to bring technical and creative skills to our development department in Stockholm. Our arena is the cutting edge of telecommunication and our mission is to produce the best network analytics solution on the planet. You will use your technical and analytical skills to enhance our product portfolio to exceed the expectations of telecom operators around the world. As a technical product owner, you lead a cross-functional team and you provide the link between its developers and our customers. Your team works in the areas of system performance, databases, and customised solutions.
This job includes:
¢ Maintaining a roadmap for product improvements within your domain and aligning it with Polystar’s overall strategic product roadmap
¢ Defining detailed technical product requirements and associated time plans together with our customers
¢ Taking responsibility for the maintainability and supportability of product functions within your domain
¢ Ensuring that the capabilities and limitations of the system are well documented and communicated internally and to our customers
¢ Acting as product owner in our scrum-based development model.
We believe you
¢ Have previous experience as technical product manager, technical project manager, or development team lead
¢ Are equally confident digging into technical specifications to understand the details as discussing work flows and use cases with our customers
¢ Have deep technical knowledge in at least one of the following areas: telecommunication protocols, complex system integrations, or performance of distributed systems
¢ Can lead and motivate a team of technically skilled people
¢ Enjoy working in a creative, dynamic and technology-intensive environment
¢ Understand that the team comes first and believe in the concept of agile development
¢ Have good communication skills in both English and Swedish.
