Sinch is a new and rapidly growing tech company with a SDK that makes adding communication services (voice, instant messaging etc.) to developers’ app really easy. We are a startup with a strong tech and business background and a platform powering millions of people today already. We are based in Stockholm and San Francisco.

The BackOffice Engineer role is part of the Back Office team, at the Operation Department. Location for this position is Stockholm.

The main responsibilities are:
Real-time service monitoring.
Detect, investigate and solve possible quality and platform issues
Respond to customer requests and reported problems
Configure/troubleshoot backend systems to ensure Sinch platform is always up and running

Requirements
Highly analytical mind with an impressive technical background
Driven, multitasking self-starter who loves startup life and all of the opportunities and challenges that come with a growing company and team
Proficient in one or more of the technologies we use: SIP, computer networks, Telecom, SQL.
Fluency in English, written and spoken, is necessary.

Personal qualities
You have a collaborative mind-set and enjoy contributing to a team but also have the ability to work independently when needed. You are eager to learn about new technology and curious to learn more about good it can do for our technical environment.
