What’s the opportunity? This is a great opportunity to join Feedeo’s team and contribute to the development of our product, which is used by well-established e-commerce companies. 

What are we looking for? Feedeo is looking for an outstanding front-end developer to lead our product front-end development and take our user experience to the next level.

What will you be doing? You will be responsible for the development of the front-end of Feedeo’s product. That includes the designing, planning and implementation of all new functionality. You will make sure that we deliver the best product experience to our users.

Who will you be working with? You’ll be working closely together with back-end ninjas and testing wizards and also Gandalf, the White – our product owner – solving and transforming complex problems into simple and awesome product functionality that can be packaged and shipped to our users. You’ll be joining a small, flat, highly effective and supportive team.

Who are you? You see yourself as a front-end developer rockstar but mostly important, you are passionate about your coding and deeply care about the user experience you and your team delivers. We encourage and expect you and everyone in the team to be a leader.

What should you know and have?

• HTTP, HTML5, CSS3 (SASS), JSON, JavaScript, REST APIs.
• AngularJS framework.
• Tools like Grunt, Bower, NPM.
• A can do attitude
• Unit, integration and end-to-end testing practices.
• Mocking UX designs.

What would make a difference in knowing and having?

• Previous Node.js experience.
• Previous Git (Gitflow) experience.
• Previous Continuous integration and deployment experience with tools like Bamboo or similar.
• Collecting/analyzing front-end data with tools like MixPanel, GoSquared and Geckboard or similar.
• Collecting/analyzing front-end crash reports/stack traces with tools like AirBrake or similar.
• Previous StatusPage.io integration or similar service experience.

Who are we? We are Feedeo, a Swedish startup born in 2012 from a spin-off of fKeybroker, an online marketing agency with a big presence in Scandinavia and north of Europe. Feedeo helps e-commerce companies automatize their product advertisements on the Internet. We have well-known and established e-commerce companies that depend on us to get their product Ads visible on the Internet. If you ever bought a product on the Internet through an Ad, probably you went through Feedeo. 

What do we do? Daily,we handle millions of products from our users in order to craft the perfect Ad that will get them the most sales from their products. We do this by constantly feeding, crunching and transforming our users products into…well, into better products, that can be easily added to search engines, price comparison websites, etc. We do this with a flip of a switch and without human interaction.
