The Job

As a Service Specialist you will be part of our Operations Department.

You will cooperate with multiple teams to help our service runs smoothly, as well as ensuring our customers get the best experience possible. Your daily work will involve fraud prevention, advanced trouble shooting and system configuration.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who loves learning from others, and sharing their knowledge. You are good at identifying problems, thorough, with analytical thinking. This is a junior position and we think that you have worked 1-3 years with SQL and that you are looking for new and exciting challenges. Previous experience with technical support is meriting but not a requirement.
