UX designer/Product owner to sharpen our desktop applications!

We are looking for an UX Designer also acting as the product owner of software products developed by our superstar Tobii Pro team! The role and responsibilities
As a User Experience Designer and Product Owner at Tobii you will work closely with product managers and the development team, playing a pivotal part in creating the best possible product for usability and market researchers all over the world.
In this role you will
? Define and execute customer research and usability activities
? Work to understand and distill user task flows, behaviors, and need of our diverse user groups and translate these into user requirements and use cases through the use of UCD techniques and methods
? Take part in agile project planning and product development. You will operate project plans, budget, risk mitigation and have contact with the suppliers
? Communicate daily with the teams, other product owners and management to ensure that the delivery date is held
? Provide recommendations for both hardware and software improvements

We believe that you have
? Worked with User Experience for at least 3 years
? Previously worked with RnD in a product- or service-oriented company
? Experience from working with agile project planning and product development
? Designed complex tools and applications
? A good grasp of the UX process and has worked with UX Design in agile teams
? Advanced proficiency in wireframes and rapid prototyping tools like: Adobe CS, InDesign, Axure, Balsamiq, Adobe Muse, Keynote and PPT

We find it to be a strong merit if you have experience in designing desktop software applications, physical products and industrial design. Also if you have previously worked with long-term product development this is a big plus! Previous experience in a product owner roll is will help you in this job.
