About the team, role and responsibilities:

As a IAM Software Developer Specialist you will be responsible for researches, designing, developing and/or modifying enterprise-wide identity/access and compliance governance systems.
•Implement, manage and maintain Access and Identity Management enterprise infrastructure supporting critical business systems
•Developing Identity and Access Management strategy, architecture and implementation plans
•Designing, Developing, and Code Access Governance automated provisioning and de-provisioning of resources and roles based access control (RBAC) strategies
•Implementing custom code: Business Workflows and Approvals using integrated system technologies working with Enterprise Infrastructure teams.
•Coding and maintaining multiple LDAP integration environments for directory management of Identities
•Identifying and investigating complex system events: correlate various logs files, events, etc. to determine root cause of issues quickly and accurately
•Working with administrators from other groups, customers, third-party vendors and the Helpdesk during problem resolution
•Developing and maintaining operational documentation of complex workflows with step-by-step policies to ensure tasks are repeatable and accurate
•Providing technical guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Minimum Requirements:

•5 – 10 year experience with a variety of access management and identity management solutions such as NetIQ Access Manager, NetIQ eDirectory, NetIQ Identity Manager.
•Comprehensive experience in many of the following:
?Linux (Unix) Administration
?Windows Server Administration
?LDAP Administration (AD, eDirectory)
?Administering Linux systems and Windows Server
?Bash/Perl/Python/Javascript Scripting
•Knowledge in Unix/Linux operating system administration
•Demonstrate advance knowledge on LDAP Directory Services like (Active Directory, Novell eDirectory)
•Expertise with NetIQ Identity Manager in an enterprise environment
•Ability to develop project plans and manage accordingly
•Demonstrate ability to trouble shoot complex Identity and Access Management solutions
•Good communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to interact with all business areas and skill levels regarding technical issues

Preferred Requirements:

•Bachelor degree in Information Technology
•Certified NetIQ Identity Manager Administrator (CNIMA)
•Certified Linux System Administrator (RHCSA)
•NetIQ Access Governance 6 or above
•SSO implementation knowledge, SAML 2.0
•Agile Development understanding
