Bumbee Labs started in 2008 with indoor navigation and visitor analysis networks for shops and shopping centres.

During 2014, Bumbee Labs started to take their network technology outdoor, providing city developers, real estate owners and retail companies with deeper knowledge regarding visitor numbers, visitor flow patterns, length of visits, visitor conversion rate and by-passers.

The company is now expanding to more cities, shopping centres, and retail stores in Scandinavia. Worktasks

Bumbee Lab’s network technology is based on advanced algorithms and an architecture that efficiently handles large amounts of data. To handle the big interest in their technology, they need to expand.

The company is a growth phase where they are strengthening their tech team. You will work in a group that develops Bumbees web applications and participate in the implementation of customer projects. You will also be involved in the design of the platform architecture and backend APIs.

Profil:

Education, experience and personal qualities

• 3+ years development experience in Python
• Highly skilled in front-end development of web-based application
• You have experience in some of the following techniques: Flask, Angular, MongoDB, AWS, Google Cloud, Heroku and application development with third-party APIs.
• We’ll be happy if you have experience/interest in: Highscale architecture, WiFi Technology, algorithms, analysis and Big Data.

As a person you are motivated by new technology and want to be where the action is. You have a solutions oriented approach and you like to try new things. It allows you to work independently for targets and get help when needed. In a growing company with an ad hoc structure it is important that you are humble, unpretentious and sees cooperation as a success factor.
