Head of Product - Product Owner in Stockholm

The role

Purpose of the role:

As the Head of Product, you own the vision and strategy of Implio, lead its execution. You will lead the Product team, which includes UX, visual design, and customer success.

Our product is evolving rapidly in a constantly-changing market. Product and customer discoveries are an essential part of the role.

You will also act as the Product Owner for the Stockholm team. You will have a hands-on role and will be required to define and prioritize the product backlog and ensure that the team is working on stories that maximize business value and fulfill the vision for Implio.

Responsibilities as Head of Product: 

• Own the product vision and strategy - in accordance with the company's objectives - and translate it into quarterly OKR.
• Inspire and engage around the product vision.
• Keep up-to-date with the market and competing products.
• Lead and participate actively in the execution of the product strategy.
• Develop and coach a strong team of product managers, UX and visual designers.
• Spread our product culture to the organization: continuous learning and innovation, allowing for mistakes while mitigating risks, with respect for each other.

Responsibilities as Product Owner: 

• Collaborate and practically engage with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of the product.
• Bring strong creative, conceptual and problem-solving skills to translate conceptual ideas (business needs and user goals) into concrete solutions.
• Focus on understanding the problem and being the domain expert to answer questions from the development team swiftly and decisively.
• Perform customer and product discoveries.
• Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation, following an agile development process.
