Senior System Developer for Prototyping Autonomous Transport Systems

The Autonomous Transport Solutions platform and architecture group is looking for someone to join us on our exciting journey towards the future. We are looking for a senior system developer with significant experience in system integration and effective development methods.

The entire automotive industry is undergoing a rapid transformation where the actual driving of the vehicle is increasingly being taken over by sophisticated electronic systems. Within the foreseeable future, we will see fully autonomous vehicles in service. The focus is no longer just on autonomous vehicles, but on complete autonomous transport systems that guarantee both safe and sustainable transport of goods and people. We are now taking a step forward and building a platform that will power our proof-of-concept future transport systems using cloud services, IoT and artificial intelligence.

Job description
You will work on developing our cloud based platform for controlling autonomous vehicles. The main tasks are to identify requirements, design functionality, implement code, and create test cases. The main implementation language is .Net C#. The work will be carried out in an agile team where each member is expected to contribute in all software development phases.

Your profile
You are a graduate engineer with several years of documented professional experience in development of service-oriented systems, primarily in .Net C#, and advanced system integration. Additionally you are a strong problem-solver who is used to working in early development stages in a rapidly changing field. The position requires extensive experience in effective modern development methods and integration with external systems. It would be a significant advantage if you have experience in Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.

Fluent English proficiency is required, as well as ability to speak or willingness to learn Swedish.
