Are you a driven Systems Architect and enjoy working in an environment that is always changing and full of possibilities? Do you have experience of .NET development and like to take charge and steer our system architecture towards our strategic goals together with a great agile team?
In this role as a Systems Architect you will work with a H&M developed .NET system. You’ll collaborate with other architects and your team members to ensure the functionality and design of the TAGS system, short and long term. You will be responsible for setting the target design and ensure that it’s in line with strategies and goals.

“TAGS” is a .NET system that manages price and information tags for all garments globally. TAGS consist of a rule engine, windows client as well as a web application, all built in Visual Studio 2015 (C#) with SQL Server. The team of 25 persons includes employees, local consultants and offshore resources in India.

Your responsibilities

The job of an H&M Systems Architect comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:

- Responsible for the overall architecture, technical design and solutions
- Technical and architectural analysis of requirements, impact analysis and design possibilities
- Create solution proposals together with requirement analyst and developers
- Steer system design and solution to simplify development, both for local and offshore developers
- Define architectural framework, design guide lines and design patterns
- Work close with the TAGS team to secure solution and to be able to manage change requests in an agile development process
- Manage integration changes and requests
- Documenting SAD and SQR
- Participate in pre-sprint meetings, sprint planning and prioritization

- >2 years of similar architect role and work tasks.
- >4 years’ experience of .NET application development
- Experience of agile work methodology
- Excellent social and communication skills

It’s an advantage if you have experience of both backend and frontend development, message/event driven architectures and if you speak Swedish
