Test Lead e-commerce

Are you a Test Lead experienced in e-commerce? Do you want to be part of developing one of the world's largest fashion sites?

We are looking for several Test Leaders to our Online Area. You will be a part of a team working closely together and also together with our customer (the business) and our external partner who are responsible for the solution. As a Test Leader you will be responsible for ensuring good test planning together with the supplier and other 3rd party suppliers involved in the solution.

Sales Online & Marketing is the part of H&M IT who develops and runs our online solutions. In example, we work with Digital Marketing, Payment Solutions and off course with our solutions and systems that enables Online Shopping for our brands. We are constantly working with several exciting projects and initiatives, aiming to enhance our solutions and to create superior customer experiences for our customers.

To be successful in this role you have genuine interest and curiosity for testing and quality.

You have a solid experience of managing test on different levels; preferably within e-commerce and working in a high performance situation. Your responsibilities

The job of an test leader at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:

- Reviewing the test scenarios set up by the suppliers in their tests
- Supporting and monitoring the suppliers tests
- Coordinating integration test between H&M internal systems and the online expansion program
- Set a total test plan and the pre-conditions for test execution, like test data and test environment, together with the supplier
- Making sure the range of test environments, tools, and test data needed are in place
- Leading the test work, delegate test tasks but also take the role as tester when needed
- Coordinating functional and non-functional tests with other test leaders
- Suggesting overall improvements to way of working or to the solution

And your skills include:

- Test Lead experience of 2-3 years
- Broad understanding of system development
- Been working in larger scale projects with cross dependencies
- Fluent, written and spoken Swedish and English
- Solid experience in test design and integration testing

It’s highly qualifying if you have been working with:

- e-commerce platforms
- UX oriented testing
- Supplier and cross-functional teams
- SAP (FICO/FICA) and Hybris
- Accounting and bookkeeping
