This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for you who have a genuine interest in technical problem solving and development on the leading technical leading-edge.
After a day at work, it is more usual than unusual that you have had contact with all six continents in the world!

You are running support issues for our customers and our partners, both internally and externally. You scale the various assignments and deliver input and feedback from customers. Participation in our product development is also a part of your tasks.

The support function is linked to application development and debugging using TrueSTUDIO® but also generic software development for embedded systems. Initially you will be supported by our experienced team.

Main duties

• Second-line support with responsibility for the allocation of support cases
• Maintenance, support and development of software for the ARM Cortex-M microcontroller
• Maintenance and development of our user community forum, FAQ
• Process development and improvements
• Internal technical support to sales and marketing
• Implementation and improvements of our tool Atollic TrueSTUDIO®

You have the knowledge or are willing to learn more about:

• ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers
• Eclipse
• GCC
• C, C ++, Java
• Windows, Linux, Mac OS

Personality

You are interested in software development, and have a technical approach focused on solutions and development. You enjoy having a lot of contacts with our customers, you are a communicator and a creative problem solver who in order to acts/takes initiative according to our customers best.

Qualifications

We think you have a passion for technology and technical solutions and perhaps you have a background as a programmer or possess an understanding of programming. The international character of Atollic means that you need to master English in speech and writing.
