Digital Implants Solutions is one of the three business platforms within Dentsply Sirona Implants, next to Implant systems and Regenerative. ATLANTIS™ and SIMPLANT are respectively Dentsply Sirona’s market leading brands for patient-specific abutments, bridges and bars and computer guided surgery. The products are developed and produced for all major implant brands. We are now looking for a Front-end Program Manager as part of the Global Product Management for a permanent position, to be stationed at the headquarter in Mölndal, Sweden.

DESCRIPTION
As Front-end Program Manager your main responsibilities will cover a wide spectrum from general program manager of our e-commerce front-end selling dental patient-specific products and services, driving the user experience of all our front-end applications to a new level and also coordinate the short and long term release planning of our front-end platform.
A selection of activities:
• Responsibility for the UI/UX of our global e-commerce platform, to ensure a successful visual and workflow integration of the applications
• Continuously improve our front-end UX and maintain expertise in the latest design approaches and techniques
• Solicit and review business requirements from the organization
• Schedule requirements and write and communicate release plan documents

The tasks are done in collaboration with local and international situated Product Managers, designers, software engineers and Digital Implant Solutions Management.

QUALIFICATIONS
The person we are looking for have a degree in design, human factors, user experience or related field. You also have several years´ experience in managing and designing customer-centric front-end and e-commerce web and mobile applications, preferably in a medical environment.
You must be able to work independent and action-oriented in an environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and timely execution. You also have a true passion for creating the ultimate user experience with a collaborative and learning mindset constantly seeking improvement.
You are a skilled presenter and a good negotiator who takes own initiatives. In this position you will have both local and global contacts within the company so it is important to be able to express yourself well in English, both written and verbally.
