Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
Responsibilities Our next key player will have great influence within the organisation and be able to affect how we do things and what we deliver. You will be responsible for developing exciting new features to enhance the user experience. As our new team member you will be working in one of our multi-disciplinary product teams consisting of around 10 talented colleagues.

You will collaborate across teams to create a unified product design and work processes. You will also: Motivate co-workers Be responsible for the quality of product design, across all business verticals Produce and manage a clear design vision Take ownership of your work and follow up on the final implementation Communicate concepts and ideas using tools, such as wireframes, prototypes etc. Be up for regular traveling between our offices in Sweden and Malta Stay on top of the latest trends, dare to experiment and challenge current solutions

Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience from working with UI At least 2 years in a senior position (e.g. in an Art Director role) Passion for details A strong portfolio Super productive in a fast-paced environment You know how to make analysis of the target audience Ability to lead design and collaborate with cross-functional teammates Really good merits if you have: Experience in setting up metrics and tracking KPIs Experience in creating hi-fi prototypes Experience in copywriting A technical background with some basic HTML, CSS and Javascript skills Experience from online gaming, online commerce and/or online entertainment
