We are looking for a driven and creative Game Artist who is passionate for creating games. You have a strong portfolio that shows your passion for mobile game design and an ability to create unique and diverse game art.
Your role at FEO
Our users' experience is at the heart of everything we do, so although we are looking for a multi-talented Game Artist, the role will fit you perfectly if your heart beats slightly faster for UX/UI design. We think you really like to find the devil in the details and that you are a team player at heart. As an integral part of our Scrum team you will be surrounded by colleagues equally as awesome as you are.
You will be responsible for the look and feel of your Scrum team's product and we will look to you to produce top-quality assets on the regular. We think you are an insatiable learner who grabs the bull by the horn and who sees opportunities where others see problems. You have more than one string on your bow and love to apply your keen artistic sense in a lot of different ways.
To excel in this role, we think you have:
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in mobile games
- Experience working with Adobe Suite
- The mindset of a team player who loves giving and receiving feedback
- A portfolio where you demonstrate various work techniques in different mediums
- Ability to create graphics while following a set of guidelines
- Ability to keep the user’s experience at top-of-mind when creating layouts
- Full English proficiency
We will be thrilled to meet you if you also have:
- Experience in working with Unity
- Good traditional/digital drawing skills
- Good animation skills
- A passion for the gaming industry
- Experience in working with small agile teams
- A drive to keep up-to-date with the newest trends in the industry
