Nordnet Product & Your role
The product organisation at Nordnet is responsible for the user experience of Nordnet’s digital presence and ensures that our customers have access to the best products.

As a Product Owner you will be responsible of setting a vision and strategy for your product area.

On a daily basis you will work closely with a talented engineering team and drive delivery forward by writing clear requirements, leading grooming meetings and prioritizing the backlog. You will lead the discovery process for your product area and work closely together with product design and analytics to validate and improve the product offering through prototyping, user testing and continuous interaction with our customers.

This means that you will

• Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of your product
• Manage the expectations of and lead negotiations with key stakeholders
• Quickly validate product ideas via prototyping, user testing and continuous interaction with our customers
• Follow trends in the tech and financial market understand and act upon the competitive landscape
• Actively contribute to feature discussions
• Scope bigger initiatives into smaller deliverables and set up agile go-to-market strategies
• Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into product development process.
• Closely collaborate with fellow Product Owners and the rest of Nordnet to bring complex cross dependent initiatives to a timely close

You!
You are a passionate Product Owner or Product Manager with several success stories on your CV. You are driven by creating minimal products delivering maximized customer value and have experience delivering on short timelines and in an agile environment. You have experience of working with customer based products, and have a general knowledge about UX. You inspire and coach people around you and help them grow, and most of all – you are a truly passionate product person who loves to see both products and people grow.

Your qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in building consumer products
• BA degree or equivalent
• Extensive knowledge in leading product discovery processes including prototyping, user testing and data analysis
• Deep understanding for software development and product management
• Extensive analytical skills as well as business strategic skills

Programming skills and/or financial and trading experience are considered as a merit.
