Senior UX Researcher - Tobii Tech

Tobii is looking for a Senior UX Researcher to help us with our increased focus on customer research and data driven metrics.

If the device in front of you had Tobii Eye Tracking it would know exactly where you are looking while you are using your computer. This opens up for more immersive game experiences, as well as a computer-human interaction where both parties are truly aware of each other. Sounds exciting? It is!
There has recently been explosive interest around integrating eye tracking into games and devices, and we now need to strengthen our UX team!

The role and responsibilities

As a Senior UX Researcher you will map customer journeys, research and analyze both quantitative and qualitative input. An important part is being able to communicate well with stakeholders, both when understanding their needs but also when reporting actionable results. Part of the job is to proactively suggest new areas for research,the role is not yet set in stone, so there will some room to shape this based on what you bring to the table

You days will be filled with:

• Communicating with, and reporting to stakeholders
• Analyzing usage statistics, both for product and web
• Performing interviews and Qualitative analysis
• Survey design and execution
• Juggling long term research as well as meeting urgent information needs
• Defining and managing beta tests
• Supervising others who work with you to reach the objectives
• Assisting different development teams with user testing expertise

We are looking for someone with

• A masters degree or equivalent, specializing in user research related area
• 5+ years solid hands-on experiences in UX research of which at least some experience with high focus on early adoption phase
• Self-motivation as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills
