SW Development Engineer

TDV Consulting is right now looking for several experienced telecom and IT professionals to join our team to support our products and customers with deep knowledge and experience.

As a SW Development Engineer at TDV your job responsibilities will be to
- Participate as a SW Developer and key member of our/customer team, in various activities which give value to our products.
- Work with innovative concepts and early feasibility prototypes both internally and externally.
- Help our UX & UI Designers to implement and develop customer products.
- Quality assure deliveries (T-hours, manual and automated test cases, etc)

The ideal applicant must have at least a Bachelor Degree or above in EE, Telecommunication or equivalent with at least two years of hands on experience from the Telecom, IT or Gaming industry.

Preferred candidates should fulfill at least 6 of the competence requirements.

Requirements:
• Experience from C++ /Java programming,
• Android development experience, deep SDK knowledge is a plus
• Experience from working in Open Source
• Professional spoken and written English
• Strong ability to co-operate and communicate in teams – team player
• A Self-driven and innovative mindset
• Knowledge and experience in SW architecture and development processes/models as well as verification methods
• Strong maintain skills to review, design and implement software solutions within Android and Linux
• High quality mindset with an understanding about how to deliver well tested software, based on data driven development
• Experience from using agile software development methods
• Ability to understand technical trade-offs and their commercial implications
• Recent experience of SW development within the telecom industry is a must
• Experience from previous Android cloud development
• iOS development experience, deep SDK knowledge is a plus
