Global Gaming is growing and is now looking for an IT Technician to work at their head office in Malmö. You will have a broad and exciting role where you solve both simpler and more advanced technical problems. Along with talented and experienced colleagues, you will be able to develop yourself in your professional role.

Your background
To be the IT Technician that we seek, we believe that you should have at least two years of experience working within IT support. You should have a relevant education and it is an advantage if you have worked at a help desk before. You should have good knowledge of Linux and Networking. You should be accustomed to perform advanced troubleshooting in both Linux and Windows environments. It is a strong advantage if you have knowledge and experience in PHP, JavaScript and SQL.

It is important that you communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing.

Your personal qualities
We are looking for someone who is curious and passionate about new technology. For the role, it is important that you are self-motivated and humble. The work requires you to prioritize your daily work.

As a person you should be service-minded and have the ability to always put the user first.
