Build customer relationships on multiple levels with special attention to C-level – to persuade and influence key individuals
Initiate and drive Customer Executive Meetings
Build trust through NASDAQ behavior and NASDAQ professionalism (legal structure, business approach, corporate knowledge and core competencies)
Understand and know customer’s market segments and territory as well as competition
Understand and communicate NASDAQ’s offerings, new developments, product and service road-maps, provided by the Business Areas, to the customer
Prepare and develop an account plan for each Customer (or when to small, territory) and a Business Summary for each significant business opportunity
Provide valuable feedback to the Business Areas on the strengths and weaknesses of NASDAQ products, and the anticipated needs of the market.
Participation in marketing activities, such as representing NASDAQ at conferences (including booth duty), contributing to internal and external marketing publications, assistance with the development and maintenance of mailing lists, etc.

Education, Professional accomplishments, and Certifications:
Academic degree corresponding to a Master in e.g. engineering or finance
Basic courses in accounting/business economics
At least 5 years’ experience from in sales

Skills, Requirements and Competencies:
Good market and industry knowledge from financial markets and good industry contact
Consultative selling and account management experience
Highly developed communication skills including negotiating and presentation in a client facing environment
Fluent in Swedish and English

Nasdaq is now looking for the Multimedia Sales Specialist to join the Corporate Solution Team at the Stockholm office. This role reports into the EMEA PR & Multimedia Sales Manager.

The position is located in Stockholm in the renovated former Ford assembly plant in Frihamnen, in our spacious and modern, open plan factory-style campus.

As a Multimedia Sales Specialist you will be responsibility for short and long term strategy and interaction with the customer or potential customer in your territory in the Nordics region, for achieving sales targets and high customer satisfaction. You more than anyone else at NASDAQ, will be an expert in the customer’s business and those drivers that would help improve the customer’s business. And, if customer issues cannot be solved through normal channels, to take ownership for problem resolution, thereby maintaining good customer satisfaction.
