Tradedoubler strives to decouple the interaction layer from the backend layer using REST based interfaces and providing these services to end users using our cloud based Open API platform. We are using Scrum and continuous delivery in our development process to achieve fast deliveries ensuring a high quality in our services to end users.

At Tradedoubler you will work in a highly motivated team with a mix of junior and senior developers at the headquarter in Stockholm. As a senior developer you will work closely with our chief architect to drive the technical architecture and implement ideas from start to end together with competent colleagues. You will be involved in the whole development process and contribute in everything from design and architecture to implementation and test. Knowledge in writing highly scalable and efficient systems is vital to handle the large data volumes we process in real-time.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to the development teams and act as a mentor for junior developers.
- Work closely with Product Owners, QA, CA, Scrum masters and other teams in an agile environment to collaborate and influence new products.
- Continuously design, develop and deploy backend services with focus on scalability, high availability and low latency.
- Attend client facing meetings such as the Product Panel to improve your understanding of our client needs.

Requirements
- Great Java skills and 5-8 years work experience from relevant areas.
- Good knowledge of open source frameworks (IOC, persistence, caching)
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience
- You have worked with scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications
- System automation with scripting languages
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Knowledge of Swedish is desirable.
