Responsibilities:
-Handling incoming telephone calls and emails,
-System troubleshooting,
-Other Service Desk duties that are required,
-Ready to work in shifts. Preferred experience:
-IT - Windows 7 Configuration
- Windows Server 2008 - Microsoft Office and Exchange
- Active Directory - Citrix Environments
- Customer Service. Personal characteristics and skills:
- Flexible and innovative approach
- Goal oriented and accurate personality
- Good communicator and coordinator
- Responsible to tasks given
- You know how to challenge everything
- You do "think outside of the box".
Education:
- Intermediate or better proficiency in English and in Swedish language
- Completed secondary school
- Microsoft Certification (preferable).
Do not worry about IT background, we will provide necessary trainings and instructions!
