About Group IT

Group IT is located in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We are 1400 employees responsible for running the bank, developing and maintening business strategic and central systems in Swedbank.

All development is managed in projects and we deliver approximately 600 projects and pre-studies during a business year.

Through understanding and acting from the needs of our internal customers, we offer the group competitive IT-solutions which support new products and high level services to our clients.

The digital transformation is changing the financial sector and the very way banks operate. Within Channel Integration we develop and maintain high demand regulatory changes but that does not mean that we only perform to be compliant; we also add on new business features to make sure that we are in the forefront of digitalization.

Our teams are experienced in working agile and we have a close cooperation with our business partners i.e. Product Owners and Project Managers. The teams are true cross functional teams with deep knowledge in z/Os, Java, JavaScript, agile testing and Scrum.

Assignments specifications

Channel Integration is now looking for Java developers to join our teams. As a team member you will be involved from start to finish in a variety of different investment opportunities. The role will include working with requirements, design and implementation of technical solutions based on technologies such as Java, AngularJS and REST. In our team we encourage knowledge sharing and a willingness to always work for the team’s best.

We like to see that you:

are an experienced Java developer, do you know JavaScript as well that is an advantage
are passionate about working with development, both Java and Front-end
care about the end result and understand business values
handle incidents and problems in a structured and creative way
are motivated by learning new things and broaden your knowledge.
have good communication skills in both Swedish and English
