IT Support Manager
NA-KD.com is rapidly growing and conquere new marcets all over the world. In order to stay ahead on the fashion market NA-KD focus on being a combination of a unique e-commerce platform as well as a technology company.

We are looking for person who likes to take responsibility and solve IT challenges!

It’s possible to grow in different directions, both driving new site launches and technically learning from programmers who you will be working close with.

Responsibilities:

• Work with e-Commerce within the fashion industry
• Magento admin
• Google admin - handle users, groups, domains etc
• Bug fixing: HTML, CSS, PHP, JS
• Work on smaller features such as creating email templates in NA-KD.com (Magento), PHP, HTML
IT mis:

• Setup printers for users
• Fix computers (software)
• Project manager for small IT projects:
• Responsible for setting up IT ready to launch new sites
• Other responsibilities concerning launch ready state, e.g., making sure new instances have been created (by others) for high load sites
• Improving workflow processes outside IT concerning site launch (e.g., making sure the right people such as marketing, warehouse and design are involved in site launching)
• Setting up external servers for landing pages (Ubuntu)
• AWS
• DNS handler: setting up DNS for new sites or sites moving to NA-KD
Technical Skills - 2- 5 years experience of the following;

• Support
• Indepth knowledge of servers
Social Skills:

• You are a person who like to be in a startup environment
• A positive attitude, honesty and humility are characteristics we value highly
• You have high work ethics; you are creative and willing to work in such an environment
• You like to help people out and take all kinds of IT-requests seriously: small as big requests
