Junior Analyst

As a junior analyst you are part of the Risk Infrastructure team. The team?s responsibility is to develop and maintain the systems and infrastructure that is used to do risk assessments. This is the core business of Klarna. Your job is to make the life easier for your colleagues by providing support and by making sure that these systems becomes even more efficient.

This includes analysis of large amounts of historical data, data modeling, pattern identification and variable creation, and experiments with different types of algorithms and models.

You know your way around SQL, basic javascript and a scripting language like bash. We will provide you with training so that you will be able to use our brand-new Business Rules Management System. In the end you have an eye for detail and you easily pick out problems. You probably have a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science or a related technical discipline. Course work in probability, statistics and quantitative methods are required.
